Protect our skin in Summer


Summer is coming, beyond sunglasses and a giant umbrella, make sure you have sunscreen also.


The skin is what we need to protect the most. Sun exposure will not only cause visible signs of aging like wrinkles and hyperpigmentation , but also will have a risk to skin cancer. So it’s important to apply enough sunscreen to any exposed area of skin every day.


In our daily, there are physical sunscreen and chemical sunscreen. For sensitive skin, it is better to choose physical sunscreen.


Sunscreens come in creams, lotions, gels, sprays, sticks and many other unique formulas, you can choose any one what you like. When use it, remember to reapply every two hours or immediately after heavy sweating such as swimming.


While sunscreen is probably top of mind for you when the weather heats up, it is actually good practice to wear it year-round. In other seasons, we can consider SPF 15, but in summer, better to an SPF of 30 or higher.
